🛠 Processing Time

All of our custom kits and accessories are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item is shipped. During peak times (like convention season), this may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Shipping times vary by location but generally take 1–3 weeks. Customs delays may occur.

You will receive a tracking number once your package ships so you can monitor its journey.

🌍 International Customers

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

🧱 Missing or Damaged Items

If any pieces arrive damaged or are missing from your kit, don’t worry! Just send us a message and we’ll make it right by sending replacements.
